We take care in the creation, presentation, and packaging of every item. Due to the nature of art and limited creative goods, we follow the policies below:

ORIGINAL ARTWORK & LIMITED EDITIONS

  • All sales are final.

  • These pieces are unique or produced in limited quantities and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRINTS

  • Final sale unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos so we can assist with replacement or credit.

MERCH (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
We accept exchanges or store credit if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Returned in original condition

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect or defective.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If something arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email info@thexbakery.com within 7 days

  2. Include your order number + clear photos

  3. We’ll review and follow up with next steps
    We do not guarantee replacements after the 7-day window.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation.
